Daniel Peretti

I teach folklore at Memorial University of Newfoundland in St. John’s. I studied folklore at Indiana University, particularly narrative, mythology, and its intersection with material culture and public display events. I wrote a book called Superman in Myth and Folklore, published by the University Press of Mississippi.

I write movies, stories, and essays as well.
